Water, sailboard and wind

There are many water bodies in Poland which await those who like the direct contact with wind and water.

Fans of windsurfing flock to such regions as the Mragowo Lakeland and the Great Masurian Lakes, as well as to the Bay of Puck and a stretch of the Baltic shore near Leba. Those are the sites where Polish champions practice in order to successfully participate in the European and world championships. Localities which offer best winds and comfortable access to water become popular windsurfing centres in season; they have all necessary facilities to make life of surfers easier and pleasant. Many of them develop to be just big camping sites situated on the waterfront. Professional advice and guiding required by beginners are available on the spot.
