The green lungs of Poland

A special function area of the Green Lungs of Poland was delimited in the north-eastern part of the country. Here the nature is exuberant and wild, and industrialisation and urbanisation processes are not much advanced. This region was chosen for the development of ecological agriculture, agro- and nature tourism. It became a centre of healthy food production.
