A medieval castle stands on the waterfront of the Odra River, partly renovated and partly preserved as a permanent ruin.
Next to it is a starosts’ manor house (18th c.) that houses a museum with coffin portraits and archaeological, historical and ethnographical collections.
In the market square stands a town hall (16th c.) with an eagle on the tower, reshaped in the 19th century. Other historical buildings include a Parish church (15th c.) and a neoclassical Protestant church.
