Natural therapeutic resources: 6.7% bromide brine, chalybeate brine. Location: Konstancin-Jeziorna is a summer holiday resort near Warsaw (20 km away from the capital), on the river Jeziorka. The proximity of the Slomczynskie, Chojnowskie and Kabacki forests ensures beneficial climatic conditions. The spa, sparsely built-over with beautiful historical villas and little palaces, lies in a pine forest. In the spa centre, a twig tower releasing brine vapour was built in Zdrojowy Park in 1980. Treatment facilities: sanatoriums and spa hospitals with 437 beds, a Health Ministry clinic, STOCER Warsaw Rehabilitation Centre, Handicapped Education Centre.
