All items manufactured prior to 9 May 1945 may be taken out of Poland only if they have an export license issued by the conservator of historical monuments.
On importing goods from Poland to the European Union countries, except for the Polish customs regulations apply also the EU regulations. According to them it is allowed to import duty-free e.g. 200 cigarettes, 1 litre of high-grade spirits or 2 litres of wine per person above 18 years of age. Mushrooms can be imported only with a Polish export certificate.
In the case of exporting goods from Poland, apply also the importation regulations of a given country.
